What is Virtopia? You play a creature that you take care of, train, use in battles against other players and horrific creatures, explore mysterious lands, go on quests and more!

You need to keep your character happy, and well fed! A hungry creature won't be in a good mood, and will refuse to play or train. Let it sleep when it's worn out, and it will wake up refreshed and ready to go!

Training a creature takes time and strategy. As your creature gains experience, you can assign Life Points to various skills and attributes, increasing it's abilities. You can learn Battle Techniques when your creature skill levels are high enough!

When it's old enough, your creature can enter the Arena, where you can challenge other trainers to battles! Keep your energy levels high, and use the most powerful techniques at your disposal to defeat the other creatures and win valuable experience points! Apply those experience points to grow and train your creature even more!

The creatures are more than just a simple variation on the popular hand-held pet games that swept the world in the late 1990's, but a complete role playing game, where you'll go on adventures and quests, search for valuable loot and collectibles, explore the ever-increasing world of Virtopia, and make great friends along the way.

Most importantly, your virtual creature will always be here for you when you need a friend to play with!
